Added hotkey support for text formatting.

Updated the system tray icon to indicate when automatic text formatting is enabled.
(Green icon)

Added date and time offsets—years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds—to template date macros.

For example, here is a tag that specifies one month in the future (CLB_INCMON):

<$CLB_HDATE><$CLB_INCMON>1</CLB_INCMON>yyyy/mm/dd(ddd)</CLB_HDATE>

Added date macro support to template FIFO macros.
