Templates CSV import/export

You can import and export Templates in CSV format for backup or bulk editing — edit the entries in a spreadsheet and re-import them.

The CSV format is as follows:

  • Columns: Template Group, Template, Note, Hotkey
  • The first row is the header row; data starts from the second row.
  • Template Group is required.
  • If the same Template Group and Template already exist, only the note and hotkey will be updated.
  • Hotkeys must include a modifier key.

Selecting multiple entries

You can select multiple clipboard history entries to delete or merge them.

History exclusion patterns

Use exclusion patterns to prevent certain content from being saved to your clipboard history. For example, you can exclude URLs.

Always on top

Right-click the system tray icon and select “Always on top” to keep Clibor visible in the foreground.

Clibor won’t interrupt your typing — you can keep it open and visible while working in another app.

With auto-paste enabled, selecting a history entry will paste it directly into your editor — handy for monitoring clipboard updates in real time.

You can also double-click on a tab to enable “Always on top”.

Search box

A search box on the main screen lets you filter your history as you type.

Preferences > Search > Search box > Show the search box on the main screen

Press Tab to enable or disable the search box while Clibor is open.

Press Esc to clear the search.
You can also use the search box to find templates.
