Why doesn’t the main screen appear when I start Clibor?

When you run Clibor.exe, Clibor starts in the background and appears in the system tray instead of opening its main screen.

If you double-click Clibor.exe and nothing seems to happen, check the system tray at the bottom right of your screen.
Clibor is running in the background and can be accessed from the system tray icon.
