📖 Terms of Service
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. The Japanese version is the legally binding document, and this translation is provided for reference purposes only. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by the operator (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") on this website. Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Operator related to the use of the Service.
- In addition to these Terms, the Operator may establish various rules (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Rules") regarding the use of the Service. These Individual Rules, regardless of their name, shall constitute part of these Terms.
- In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Individual Rules, the Individual Rules shall take precedence unless otherwise specified therein.
Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in any of the following actions when using the Service.
- Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public morals
- Actions related to criminal activities
- Actions that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service
- Actions that destroy or interfere with the server or network functions of the Operator, other Users, or third parties
- Actions that commercially exploit information obtained through the Service
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Operator's services
- Actions that involve unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access
- Actions that collect or accumulate personal information about other Users
- Actions that use the Service for fraudulent purposes
- Actions that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users or third parties
- Advertising, promotion, solicitation, or commercial activities on the Service not authorized by the Operator
- Actions that directly or indirectly benefit antisocial forces in connection with the Operator's services
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Operator
Article 3 (Suspension of Service)
- The Operator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if any of the following conditions apply.
- When performing maintenance or updates on the system related to the Service
- When the server used by the Service undergoes maintenance
- When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
- When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
- When the Operator otherwise determines that provision of the Service is difficult
- The Operator shall bear no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 4 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability)
- The Operator makes no warranty, either express or implied, that the Service is free from defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
- The Operator shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by Users arising from the Service. However, this disclaimer shall not apply if the agreement between the Operator and Users constitutes a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act.
- Even in the case provided in the preceding proviso, the Operator shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the Operator or User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damages) caused by the Operator's negligence (excluding gross negligence) through breach of obligation or tort.
- The Operator shall bear no responsibility for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between Users and other Users or third parties in connection with the Service.
Article 5 (Changes to Service Content)
- The Operator may change the content of the Service or discontinue the Service without notice to Users, and shall bear no responsibility for any damages incurred by Users as a result.
Article 6 (Changes to Terms)
The Operator may change these Terms at any time without notice to Users when deemed necessary. If a User begins using the Service after the Terms have been changed, that User shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 7 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Operator shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service appropriately in accordance with the Operator's "Privacy Policy".
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In the event of any dispute arising from the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
