FIFO does not work in IE, Edge and other store apps

FIFO does not work in IE.
The cause is due to IE’s protection mode and FIFO does not work when it is enabled.
However, disabling it poses a security risk and there is currently no effective solution.

Also, FIFO does not work on the Edge and Store apps (UWP apps).
In this case, please note that due to the security of the application, Clibor’s FIFO cannot be run.
